RYE CAMERA
CLUB
I have been chairman of Rye and District Camera Club for a
total of 18 years. My grandfather was the founder
president of the Club in 1955.
Meetings are usually held on Monday
evenings starting at 7.30pm in Playden WI Hall, Houghton
Green Lane, Playden, Nr Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7PJ
The club
attracts people from all walks of life and encourages
members to further their photographic interest in a
friendly and informal manner.
There are ample opportunities for members to display
their work by way of exhibitions and competitions, and
to share the knowledge and experience of fellow members
or guest speakers.
Whether you are an accomplished photographer or a
beginner, if you have an interest in photography we
welcome you to our friendly club. You are welcome to
come as a guest for 2 club evenings before joining.
